Yields: 15 biscuits

The familiar cozy spices and plump blueberries make these much more irresistible. They'll keep for a minumum of one week if stored in an airtight container in the fridge --if they last long!


1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if required and measured like that )

3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or gluten-free* flour (measured like that )

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter or olive oil, melted and cooled slightly

1/4 cup (63g) mashed banana

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup (120mL) pure maple syrup

1/4 cup (40g) raisins

In a medium bowlwhisk together the yogurt, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the maple syrup. Add in the flour mixture, stirring just until incorporated.

Preheat the oven to 325°F, plus a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
